Refunds

All domain name registrations are final; no refunds will be granted.
All payments for web hosting services are final; refunds shall be given solely at the discretion of OmegaSphere, and may be subject to reasonable administration fees.
All other products & services have a 30 day refund period, excluding any shipping and/or handling fees.

Shipping

In most cases, we ship products the day after they are ordered. In cases of delays exceeding 20 days we will contact you and offer a refund.
